Lucy is a freelance artist based in the Bay Area. She’s a daydreamer with a weakness for art fairs and fresh sketchbooks. Her lifelong relationship with art began when she was a tiny tot scribbling on the walls. Today, art remains a huge part of her life, not just as an outlet for creativity, but as a moment of solitude in today's ever connected world. She sees artwork as both a chance for personal reflection, as well as a way to share our common human experience.
Her favorite mediums allow her to work with her hands - inking and painting (and occasionally - wheel throwing!). There is something intimate, and magical in physically connecting directly with materials. Away from screens and flashing lights, there is only the white of the paper with endless possibilities abound.
